PHILADELPHIA 05.07.10: As part of a new partnership between the Lakshmi Hair Studio, Keeler Interests and the Alley Ink Dance Company, the George Alley/Alley Ink Dance group will perform George Alley’s fantasy-laden, evening-Curl up and Dye,a reworking of the 1997 piece, “UlaanBator City Television”

“Curl Up and Dye” is a piece about glamorous aesthetics, Mongolian-tinged fantasies, and of course HAIR.

Also featuring a guest performance instillation from Alyssa Lee of Group A Dance (san francisco)

According to Tiffany’s new video “Feels like Love”, love is sitting on a leather couch and writing romantic lyrics to a man, while pouring cream from a white cream cup into your matching coffee cup.

Love is also singing in the bathroom mirror while fixing your hair as this man looks at you while standing in front of glass block windows. Love is also singing in front of a brick wall with a band. Finally, love is going on the roof of a building and looking at buildings and have a man offer you a glass of red wine, and taking the glass of wine downstairs to the leather couch where red candles are also lit on the coffee table.
